Returns & Refunds

All purchases made through our website are final and legally binding. Please read the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Physical Products – 30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at dj.sperrow@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Digital Products – No Refunds

All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted or the file has been downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Please make sure to review the product description carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • the physical item is defective or damaged

  • you received the wrong product

  • a digital file is corrupted or incorrect

We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
